Our Story

There’s nothing more natural, beautiful or perfect than a beautiful newborn baby.  So why add products and chemicals to something already perfect?

My name is Leah, and together with my partner, we’re raising our two wonderful children. We strongly believe that when it comes to making choices about the products we purchase for babies and young children, it’s essential to have the right information.

After studying with the Australian College of Environmental Studies, I became very aware of building biology, harmful chemicals, and the impact of our everyday environment on our bodies, and I’m now passionate about creating a healthy, non-toxic home – not just for my family, but for yours, too.

That’s why we started our family business, The Natural Newborn. Based in Perth, Western Australia, The Natural Newborn helps you find the highest quality natural, organic and eco-friendly products for your child – the same ones that we use in our own home.

If you’re like us, you want to create a healthy, non-toxic home for you and your children - and if you’re like us, you’ll also know how busy life with little ones can be! As working parents, we understand the need for convenience, so we’ve done all the hard work for you by thoroughly researching each product. This means you’ll have everything you need at your fingertips to make an informed decision; you’ll know exactly what you’re purchasing and what’s in it, so you can buy with confidence.

Our vision is to provide a one-stop shop for busy mums and dads where they can trust that the products they buy are truly eco-friendly and non-toxic. We are always looking for new and innovative products to grow our range to help you give the best to your children, and we are keen for your input. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions, need more information about a product, or if you are looking for a product that is not currently in our range.

“The products we source and sell are better for our children, better for our homes, and better for the environment.”
