Shipping
- Postage is FREE within Australia for orders over $150 and weighing less than 3kg.
- For orders under $150 and/or weighing more than 3kg delivery is charged according to package weight and size.
- It is expected that your goods will arrive between 2-7 business days.
- Courier services may be used for bulky items
- All international orders are shipped via Australia Post Air Mail and expected delivery is 3-14 business days depending on which country you are in.
- For international orders please contact us via email for shipping prices and delivery times to your destination before checkout.
Packaging
The Natural Newborn continually strives to reduce the amount of waste going to landfill by reusing packaging material when sending parcels to our customers, wherever possible. In cases where we can't use recycled packaging we will post in recyclable postage bags. We would like to encourage you to also reuse or recycle any packaging that we send to you.
Payment and Ordering Options
Secure online credit card (Visa and Mastercard). We use Shopify secure online processing system when processing payments using credit cards. The Natural Newborn does not store or have access to your personal credit card details.
