If you receive a product from The Natural Newborn that is not as described we will replace the item or refund the purchase price.
Claims must be made within 7 days from the time you receive the goods. Please contact us at email@example.com within the 7 day time limit if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
The refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn, used, washed, damaged, attempt to alter, seal removed from cap or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
We recommend you return the product via Registered post and that you prepay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damage of goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration and insurance with your postal carrier. The Natural Newborn will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
